SHIKARPUR: Mushtaque Ahmed Kalwar, the District & Sessions Judge Shikarpur has written a letter to the District Manager, PPHI Shikarpur, in which the DJ asked the Manager why ARV and ASV centers have been shut down without any reason who were working in the evening shift and ARV / ASV centers should be restored to provide relief to the general public and such kind of report may be submitted before the honourable court of the District & Sessions Judges Shikarpur.
