Fog is continuing in different cities of Punjab due to which the motorway has been closed for traffic at various places.
According to the spokesman of Motorway Police, due to heavy fog, Lahore-Sialkot and Khanewal-Multan Motorways have also been closed while M-3 Motorway from Lahore to Abdul Hakim and Samundari has been closed.
On the national highway, Manga Mandi, Dina Nath, Phool Nagar, Jambar, Patoki and Habibabad are also shrouded in fog. The visibility in these areas is 100 meters.
A spokesman for the motorway said drivers should use fog lights on vehicles and keep a reasonable distance from the next vehicle.
