SUKKUR: JUI rejects government decision against I’tikaf in mosques, I’tikaf will be held in mosques under SOPs, according to Maulana Muhammad Saleh Andhar Rejecting the decision of the SOPs, it was decided to continue I’tikaf in mosques. In this regard, Secretary General of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Sukkur District Maulana Muhammad Saleh Andhar said in his statement We will reject the decision of the government not to hold I’tikaaf in the mosque. I’tikaaf is a good practice. The government should not be an obstacle in the way of this process but should provide facilities to those who are sitting in I’tikaaf.
