JACOBABAD: Journalist protests against DC over demolition of Jacobabad Press Club building without prior notice , slogans chanted against DC in front of DC House, DC has demolished Press Club building without notice case to be filed. Journalists . A protest rally led by President press club Jacobabad Nawaz Solangi was taken out by the District Union of Journalists (DUJ) against the demolition of the Jacobabad Press Club building. They marched on the city streets chanting slogans and staged a sit-in in front of the DC House. Speaking on the occasion, Nawaz Solangi and others said that the DC had demolished part of the Press Club building without a written notice. Encroachment demolition orders were not given only to the poor whose bungalows and houses are occupied. The administration does not even dare to go there. Citizens of Jacobabad are being punished for voting to PTI.DC is taking revenge on the citizens in the name of demolition of encroachments on the recommendation of Madam Faryal Talpur which is condemned. DC has damaged the building of Press Club without any notice. The scope of the protest should be extended to Bilawal House. We will not remain silent on aggression. Action against encroachments should be taken without any discrimination.
