More tha 50 arrested in Sukkur for flouting COVID-19 SOPs

SUKKUR: More than 50 people have been arrested on the charge against SOP Lockdown, a case has been registered against them and action is being taken to enforce SOPs, SHO Amjad Mughal said. According to details, in the light of the explicit orders of the federal and provincial government SOPs Lockdown, last night A-Section Police Station SHO Amjad Mughal, Head Editor Sikandar Ali Sheikh and others supervised in different areas of the limits. During the operation, more than 50 shopkeepers and other persons violating SOPs lockdown have been arrested and a case has been registered against them. Regarding the operation, police station in-charge Amjad Mughal and head editor Sikandar Sheikh said that Due to the concerns raised, people and shopkeepers are trying their best to implement the government orders including implementation of SOPs, but despite the instructions, shopkeepers and citizens neither take precautionary measures nor follow SOPs. We are tired of explaining to people that human lives are dear to us If the citizens and shopkeepers continue to violate, then we will have to be strict.
