Lady police constable aspirants protest against partiality, injustice in recruitment

BADIN: The large number of lady police constables test qualified aspirants has staged protest and sit-in outside of Badin Press Club on Friday demanding inquiry against the partiality and favoritism in the recent recruitment of lady police constables.
The number of lady police constable’s test qualified aspirants has staged protest and sit-in for several hours and demanded for justice when traffic was also jammed which created hurdles for common commuters.
The protest was led by Sindu Chandio, Ramsha Sarwar Arain, Tania Khaskheli, Maira Bhurgari, Shehzeen and others while talking with local media they alleged that more than 56 candidates have qualified the test of the lady police constable in the recent recruitment adding they alleged that only seven influential girls have received job offers on the basis of the favoritism and nepotism.
While protesting even though during heavy downpour in Badin they said that they would carried out their protest continues till to meet their demands adding that they alleged even offer orders were issued to those female candidates who either not qualified tests or acquired less numbers than them.
They alleged that all seven offer orders in district Badin were issued to influential female aspirants following the nepotism and favoritism with hatching the partiality in the recruitment of lady police constables. They said that despite claims of provincial Govt for providing the job of police constables to more than 2700 youth of Sindh province, the real situation was seemed unturned even police high authorities were denying to offer the jobs to poor girls who qualified the test of lady constable.
On the occasion, they appealed to Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh for the taking the notice of their specific matter of lady police constable recruitment and honor the justice to all female aspirants of the lady police constable.
