NAB Sukkur hands over Rs 19.6 Million Cheque to Govt of Sindh

SUKKUR: 10 MARCH 2021: In a ceremony, the Director General NAB (Sukkur) Mirza Muhammad Irfan Baig, handed over a Cheque of Rs. 19,639,298/- (One Crore ninety-six lacs thirty-nine thousand two hundred and ninety-eight Rupees only) to the representative of Finance Department, Govt. of Sindh. The amount was recovered through plea bargain in various cases relating to Local Govt Deptt, Education Works Deptt, Finance Deptt and Food Deptt. The ceremony was attended by concerned Director(s) of NAB (Sk). The DG lauded the efforts, dedication and team work of investigation team, and hoped that the good work would continue with same zeal and vigor. He said that NAB is unwavering in its commitment to the eradication of corruption and would produce More Results in the future. He resolved that NAB (Sukkur) would pursue anti-corruption agenda without fear or favor in order to come up with the expectations of the nation. He added that NAB (SUKKUR) is working as per vision of Chairman NAB Justice Javed Iqbal as “Our faith corruption free Pakistan”.
