According to the Corona Statistics website in Pakistan, 36,929 corona tests were conducted across the country in the last 24 hours, in which 2,756 people were confirmed to have the corona virus, while another 34 died from the virus.
In the last 24 hours, the corona test rate was 7.4%.
According to the official portal, the number of deaths due to corona cases in Pakistan has reached 7696 while the total number of cases has reached 376929.
In addition, 1,057 patients across the country have recovered from Corona in 24 hours.
The situation in the provinces
According to the official portal, the total number of corona patients in Sindh has reached 163329 while 2829 people have died so far.
The total number of corona patients in Punjab is 114508 and 2861 people have died due to the virus while the total number of patients in Balochistan is 16810 and the death toll is 161.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the number of corona patients has been 44599 and 1327 deaths while in Azad Kashmir, 6123 people have been infected with the virus and 144 people have died.
In Gilgit-Baltistan, 4542 and 95 corona patients have died so far.
According to the portal, the total number of Corona patients in the federal capital Islamabad is 27,018 and so far 279 patients have died.
