A Palestinian state must be established before relations with Israel, says Turki al-Faisal
Prince Turki al-Faisal of Saudi Arabia has warned that a Palestinian state must be established before relations with Israel can be restored.
He described Israel as a “Western colonial power” and said that Israel was holding “Palestinians” in concentration camps.
Prince Turki al-Faisal said that Israel was demolishing houses at will and killing whoever it wanted.
Earlier, Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan said in a statement that he was ready for a conditional relationship with Israel and said that Saudi Arabia was always ready to establish normal relations with Israel.
He called for the establishment of a Palestinian state before normal relations with Israel.
