Residents of Golarchi deprived of clean drinking water

BADIN: The large number of the residents of Mohla Sardar Mehmoodia Shaikh, Girdstation, Golarchi have deprived of clean drinking water & other basic facilities since last of at least three years.
The residents of Mohla including Javaid Shaikh, Munwar Shaikh, Afzal Shaikh, Hanain Mustafa, Gul Mohammad Gambheer, Abdul Rehman, Mehmood Ali and others while protesting here at Golarchi/Badin on Wednesday apprised the journalists that their Mohla was consisted on round about 300 households with its large population of town thirty three hundred including men, women and children were living here from last of fourty years.
They deplored that even though more than thriteen hundred votes are registered here and frequently goes in the favor of the candidates of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in every and each election.
They complained that they submitted lot of applications to Public Health Department Badin for provision of clean drinking water but unfortunately went vain.
They said that despite the directives of Deputy Commissioner Badin for provision of clean drinking, such directions were also couldn’t earn weightage.
They maintained that same issue was also brought into the knowledge of provincial minister for Agriculture Sindh, Mohammad Ismail Rahu but yet their dream couldn’t turn true.
They appealed Provincial minister for Agriculture Sindh, Deputy Commissioner Badin, District & Session Judge Badin and others concernd higher authorities to take the notice of their important issues and facilitate them for its solution on immediate basis on humanitarian ground as their difficulties to be minimized.
