Centurion: Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam has said that the credit for the victory against South Africa goes to Muhammad Rizwan because it is difficult to play a match by fasting.
Pakistan had beaten South Africa by 9 wickets in the third T20 match played at Centurion Super Sports Park yesterday. In the match, Babar Azam played an innings of 122 runs while Mohammad Rizwan remained unbeaten on 73 runs.
Talking to media, Babar Azam said that the credit for the victory goes to Rizwan as it is difficult to play a match by fasting.
According to Uber Azam, winning the third match was important because the second T20 did not play well.
He said that he tries to follow his plan and that he has been trying for this innings for a long time.
The captain of the Pakistan team said that he was sorry that he got out in the end and could not set a record.
It may be recalled that Babar Azam came in place of Fakhr Zaman for the opening ceremony.
In this regard, Babar said that Fakhr did not ask for the opening but followed the team plan.
