Textile industry to get gas from tomorrow, Agreement reached between government and APTMA

ISLAMABAD: The All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) and the federal government have reached an agreement on gas issue.

Aptma Executive Director and Secretary General Shahid Sattar while confirming the agreement in a conversation with Geo News said that from tomorrow the textile industry will start getting 75 million cubic feet of gas per day. We have withdrawn the restraining order from the court.

“Gas supply will be increased in phases. Our daily gas requirement is 150 million cubic feet,” he said.
