SHIKARPUR: A speeding car and motorcycle collided head on near SherKot Branch and as a result a car fell into a ditch on Wednesday. The incident resulted in the death of two Shikarpur youths Aqeel S/o Rab Dino Chandio and Muzamil S/o Imdad Chandio on the spot, while six others sustained critical injuries. The injured persons were identified as Aizaz S/o Adam Hussain, Yousif, Hajul w/o Muhammad Ali, Maimona D/o Zafar Ali, Fahad and Irshad. The dead bodies and injured were rushed to a local area hospital from where the injured were referred to Sukkur due to the severity of their injuries. The bodies of the deceased were handed over to their heirs after completing necessary medical and legal formalities.
