BADIN: The single government nursing school in Badin has been allegedly disappointing and unspeculated dream for those poor girls seeking admission in midwifery course.
It was alleged that admission doors were closed for helpless and poor girls of Badin district intend to seek admission in 18 months midwifery course in Community Midwifery school Badin situated near DHO office Badin.
It was also alleged that influential were offered opportunities but helpless were disappointed.
It was learnt that admission in the midwife course for the year 2021-22 interviews were conducted on 19th of January 2021 for 30 seats and more than 500 aspirants seeking admission appeared in such interview and result of passing candidates was announced on 19th of February which left apprehension for different circles.
While talking parents of those intend to seek admission in midwife course Abdul Aziz, Gul Hassan, Noor Muhammad, Ayaz Ali and others said they were unjustified and alleged that admissions were not made on pure merit. They demanded from Chief Minister of Sindh, Sindh Health Minister, Secretary Health, Deputy Commissioner Badin and other high ups for justification.
