76th Independence Day celebrated with zeal across the district Badin

BADIN: People of Badin and Government officials of district Badin celebrated Independence Day by attending a flag hoisting ceremony, citizens of the district added colour to the celebration in their own enthusiastic and innovative way.
The day dawned with an official event in the district Badin. Citizens, representatives of civil society, journalists, officials of the district administration, education department, health Department, District Council, Municipal Committee, and police officers raised the country’s flag at an event organised at government Gym Khana Badin and planted the trees.
Government offices all over the district were illuminated in green and white.

The Deputy Commissioner Badin, Agha Shahnawaz Khan, Pir Saleh Muhammad Qureshi, Chairman, Municipal Committee Badin, Ali Akbar Memon, Vice Chairman, MC Badin, ASP Badin, Saad bin, Waqar Ahmed Kalwar, ADC-II, Shafique Rehman Arisar, AC Badin, Mohd Umar Memon, Mukhtiarkar Badin, Allah Dino Mallah, District Education Officer (Sec) Badin, Saleh Muhammad Korejo, District Education Officer (Primary) and others hoisted the national flag.
The police and scouts presented guard of honour and salute.
The students of different schools presented national songs and delivered speeches which were lauded by the participants. While addressing Deputy Commissioner Badin, Agha Shahnawaz Khan, Pir Saleh Muhammad Qureshi and others said that each and every Pakistani must play part for the development of the beloved homeland and welfare of the masses.
They said if we would work honestly and sincerely we will achieve the glory and goal.
The Deputy Commissioner Badin and others also visited Indus hospital Badin and District Jail and distributed sweet and fruit among the prisoners and patients admitted in the hospital.
The tree plantation was also inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Badin, Pir Saleh Muhammad Qureshi and others in the premises of Gymkhana Badin.
On the other hand, the ceremonies of independence day were also held in Tando Bago, Talhar, Matli, Golarchi and other localities across the district while students and teachers including other staff celebrated the day with national zeal and fervor in different educational institutions of the Badin district.
When Independence Day also celebrated by administration of Municipal Committee Badin led by Pir Saleh Muhammad Qureshi, Chairman, MC Badin & Ali Akbar Memon, Vice Chairman MC Badin where National Flag hoisting ceremony was held and cake was also cut on the eve of 76 Independence Day of Pakistan. When a celebration event was also held the RISE Public Elementary School Badin assisted by Sindh Education Foundation where hundreds students participated in they event and presented their tableaus and speeches.
