What a fracas situation has been met and occurred? Such an absurdity must not be turned a blind eye to Bahria town. It is facile to move forward with a massive outcry to down the drain Bahria down into neat pieces. I may say, Karachi has been recognized for the fragrance of Bahria town. you are devouring your Sindh, not Bahira town. Is Bahria town out of the jurisdiction of Sindh? how Sindh despises Bahria Town?. Instead of goading and invigorating Sindh’s soul, you are going to oppose and keep whipping up a vestige of critique against those spots of Sindh. people’s psyche has been completely transformed by the thought of the day, they never tried their level best to scrutinise things in such a decisive manner where they can meet delicate answers. by generating a bizarre situation and devouring the Bahira town is neither the panacea of your dilemmas nor a befitting step. it is a well-established principle of thought to concern over things by the balm of sympathy and lightens affection around your corner.
Furthermore, The slogan of “Say no to Bahria Town” has been raised by a throng of people in the diverse joint of Karachi. “Baharia town is such a part of fortitude which has been made by scaling up efforts of different people. Bahria town does not pertain to Raiz Malik. It belongs to the whole of Sindh. There are a dozen virtuous people who have earned a piece of land for their loved ones to nurture their life in Bahria town at the drop of a hat. It is not the demolition of Bahria town. it is the destruction of Sindh. A flock of people has entered and wreaked havoc on Bahria town by applying diverse things such as typical fumes, woods and so on. Behind this clandestine fact, there are a heap of quandaries, which are crossing my mind. whether is a policy of apartheid or it is herculean task towards the owner of Bahria Town. Why does Sindh defy Bahira town? Is it illicit possession? On what turfs, they are going to reject this wondrous place that has been built by taking great miseries? Did you ever find a legal strategy to repudiate this palace? Have you ever contemplated the beauty of Karachi? all these questions are unmet.
in addition, if you throw light on today’s tumultuous situation. it is completely against the human insight of the law. Under the constitution of Pakistan, Everyone has the freedom of assembly without arms, but some reasonable restrictions can not be avoided by doing a loud protest. Some reasonable restrictions must be enforced by law enforcement agencies in the interests of public order. a situation that is a danger to human life, property, public security, and noisy disturbance of public serenity fall within the reasonable restrictions that may be rooted up by the concerned official or state official. In the same vein, a hullabaloo situation has occurred which not only razes the Bahria town but stirs up the whole public. this fact must be mulled over.
in a nutshell, Since its inception, Pakistan meets diverse hefty duress of outcry for attaining something illegally or legally. But in this situation, The structure of protesting is different from others. it is legal toiling and moiling of someone who worked day and night to build up to something by taking a massive burden. Behind this, there is a policy of segregation that must not be allowed in the eye of law. Everyone has the right to sell or buy property, even more right to build up to it at the hardest hit of the world without any predicament. On the other coin of phase, it is an illicit possession, this whole enchilada will unravel the doctrine of law not by robust protest. it had better halt from protesting because it only brings devastation and makes an uneasy truce.
