SHIKARPUR: Zulfikar Mithani, the country director ACF International, visited many segments of Shikarpur district including Rustam Town, Ghulam Ali Unar village, Ibrahim Soomro and other areas to review and examine the activities including Stunting, Wasting, Underweight children, and also visited Covid-19 center established at village Ghulam Ali Unar, he however also held meetings with local communities and asked many questions regarding performance and results to reduce malnutrition, stunting, wasting and underweight children and also visited kitchen garden areas.
Javeed Ahmed Memon, Ms. Shabana, Zulfikar Ali Kalhoro, Raja Pathan, Zeeshan Ali, Parveen Mahar, and other local community social workers including Bashir Ahmed Soomro shared their views and appreciated the efforts of local community persons mainly Ms. Mehnaz Mahar, chairperson of local community development.
Zulifikar Mithani, the country director ACF, appreciated the activities initiated by ACF, SRSO, PINS Program [PINS-2 and 3] and he said he surprised after seeding the activities of local females at suburbs areas of Shikarpur and encouraged them to come forward for the welfare of the mother and children.
