Kashmore police claim to recover four kidnapped singers after an encounter

KASHMORE: Kashmore police claimed to have recovered four kidnapped singers after an encounter took place at the Katcha area of Durrani Mahar.
According to reports, four singers named Darban Ali, Suhail Ahmed, Ikhlaque Ahmed and Muzamil Fakir all of by caste Bhatti, residents of Gambhat Taluka of Khairpur Mirs, when who were heading towards Kashmore to entertain the public in an event to be held in a marriage ceremony at Kashmore and kidnapped a couple of days ago.
Following the kidnapping, Kashmore police carried out a raid and claimed to have recovered all of four singers when kidnappers were changing their location, but kidnappers managed to escape from the place of firing leaving behind kidnappees, said police sources.
SSP Kashmore said to the media persons that kidnappers would be arrested very soon and no one would be allowed to take the law into his hands.
All the kidnapped singers would be handed over to their heirs after completing the necessary police formality.
