Corona has risen to dangerous levels in Peshawar, but the opposition is determined to hold a rally: Asad Omar

Federal Minister for Planning and Head of the National Command and Control Center (NCOC) Asad Umar said that the rate of corona cases in Peshawar was 13.39%.

Asad Umar said in a statement on social media that the rate of positive cases of corona in Peshawar was 13.39% yesterday, 202 patients of corona in Peshawar are in intensive care ward, 18 patients are on ventilator out of which 14 are critically ill. ۔

“Despite this situation, the PDM leadership says we are safe on stage, who cares about the people,” he said.In another tweet, the federal minister criticized the PPP and PML-N, saying that the PML-N government had announced a complete lockdown in Azad Kashmir for two weeks, while the PPP government in Sindh had announced a lockdown in Karachi. Smart lockdown has been carried out in four districts of Kashmir but both the parties insist that there will be a meeting in Peshawar. There is no clear example of duplicity. Asad Umar said that PTI won 4 out of 4 seats in 2013 and 5 out of 5 seats in 2018. He said that Peshawar is the city of Imran Khan, the opposition will do nothing but endanger the health and employment of the people by holding a meeting, the opposition may want to take revenge on the people of Peshawar.
