Court directs Shikarpur administration to remove illegal encroachments

SHIKARPUR: The District & Sessions Judge Shikarpur, Mushtauqe Ahmed Kalwar, has wrtten a letter  to the Deputy Commissioner Shikarpur to remove illegal encroachments at footpaths, streets, and roadsides of Shikarpur city and other town and further stated that it is brought to the notice of the undersigned the footpaths, streets, and roadsides of the city have encroached and such illegal encroachment must be removed on top priority.
It is worthwhile to mention here that all the footpaths, roadsides and especially streets have illegally been encroached by making bathrooms, stairs, therefore, all the streets have been narrowed even pedestrian is facing trouble to pass the street, the people of Shikarpur appraised the decision of the District & Sessions Judge Shikarpur, and urged upon the Deputy Commissioner Shikarpur to take action against encroachers and resolve the outstanding issue.
