DJ Shikarpur directs SSP to arrest hard-core criminals

SHIKARPUR: The District and Sessions Judge Shikarpur, Mushtaque Ahmed Kalwar, wrote a letter addressed to SSP Shikarpur Kamran Nawaz Panjhotha in which he [DJ] stated that hardcore criminals are freely roaming in the city, but police have failed to arrest them and making excuses that hardcore criminals are hiding in Katcha area of Shikarpur, therefore, police could not arrest them.
The District & Sessions Judge Shikarpur further wrote in a letter that if there is any No Go Area in Shikarpur it [No go area] should be eliminated furthermore a letter dated 10 October 2020 had also been addressed to SSP Shikarpur to arrest hardcore criminals, but there is no breakthrough regarding the subject.
In last, DJ Shikarpur further stated that hard-core criminals may be arrested and presented before the honorable court to extend further proceedings.
