Corona’s latest attacks

By: Zafar Abbas Soomro
The seemingly insignificant and unpredictable creature of millions of suicidal viruses, the harsh virus of the Corona virus, is calling for the title of Ashraf al-Makhluqs from the Creator Universe and man-made efforts to unleash the earth and the heavens. Yet the monster has not been able to overcome it. In the field of science and technology, the world’s most hopeful people are waking up in the hands of deadly germs, but developing countries like us are also now in the throes of a third wave of the spread of the coronavirus-infected Cody Ones. And large parts of the country are seeing a rapid increase in the number of victims. According to the latest details, cases in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Kashmir have reached six percent. Smart Lockdown has been implemented in some areas of Lahore, Rawalpindi, Gujarat and Peshawar. Wedding halls are being closed from Monday, business centers will not be open after six o’clock in the evening. SOPs will be mandatory in mosques as well. Section 144 has been enacted to ensure the use of masks in the federal capital. The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant for National Health, Dr Faisal Sultan, has warned that a new wave of corona virus has apparently arrived in Pakistan and major cities of Punjab are under its control. According to him, new and dangerous varieties of corona virus are active all over the world, which spread very rapidly, and if we take the precaution of caution, the whole country will be inundated. He appealed to the public to strictly follow precautions or the virus could affect our health system as well. Federal Minister for Planning and Chairman NCOD Asad Omar also confirmed in a recent TV program that the third wave of Corona virus has been launched in the country and the main cause of new cases is the British type of virus. He said that initially a large proportion of the population in the country where the cases appear to be increasing is based in the UK, this type of virus is spreading faster and the risk of death is high. He said cases were on the rise across the region, including India and Bangladesh. The details of the situation are fully clear. However, the closure of educational institutions and business centers also causes inevitable problems. We have experienced in the last lockdown how badly the national economy is affected by these sanctions and the horrific rise in unemployment. Therefore, the reaction that has come in the form of the rejection of recent government actions by the owners and business community of private educational institutions in this regard is not incomprehensible. Therefore, it is important to find a middle way that routine life is least affected and the epidemic can be controlled. In addition to trying to complete the country’s maximum population vaccination as soon as possible, making online education, business and office responsibilities more efficient, easy and viable is an integral part of this solution because A vaccine does not necessarily work for other types of epidemics. It is not unreasonable to assume that the world will never be the same and most activities will take place online. However, where a gathering is inevitable, at least the fee mask should be banned and disciplinary action should be ensured for the violation.
