Equal distribution of vaccines is essential, says Pakistan

Pakistan’s envoy to the United Nations, Munir Akram, has said that a uniform distribution of corona virus vaccine is necessary.

Addressing a joint meeting of the UN General Assembly and the Economic and Social Council, Munir Akram said that the unavailability of corona vaccine in developing countries would put the virus at risk of re-emergence in the world.

He said the corona vaccine was essential for overcoming the health crisis and for the immediate recovery of the economy.
