The Election Commission has ordered a recount of the mayoral election in Kiki Tehsil of Bannu.
The Election Commission, while ruling on the petition of Jamaat-e-Islami, JUI and Independent candidate, said that the Returning Officer should recount in the presence of all the candidates.

The ECP said that the Returning Officer had not given notice to anyone except one candidate in the first count.
It should be noted that Junaid Rasheed of PTI had won from this tehsil in the first phase of local body elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
