Primary Teachers Association holds rally against recovery of increments from contractual teachers.

BADIN: The large number of Primary school Teachers led by Noor Muhammad Soomro, Dhani Bux khoso, Dur Muhammad Bhurgri, Barkatullah Memon, Muhammad Saleem Turk, Bahadur Talpur, Imtiaz Umrani and others held protest rally against recovery and deduction of increments from salaries of contractual teachers including NTS, Sindh University, Iqra and other test qualified teachers. The rally began from GPS Gharibabad and culminated in front of Badin Press Club. While talking representatives of PTA said on the recommendations and order issued by Sindh Finance department increments were deducted from the salaries of contractual teachers of Sindh province causing unrest among them. They said employees of Sindh government were deprived of 25 percent desparity allowance but employees of federal government were obtaining such benefit. The representatives said teachers of Sindh province were demanding for acceptance of legitimate rights but unfortunately they were being paid no heed to justify. They demanded withdrawal of order issued by Finance department and acceptance of other rights.On the other hand, the primary school teachers of Matli led by Muhammad Umer Arisar, Faizullah Nizamani, Imran Leghari, Abdullah Memon, Muneer Ahmed and others took out rally from PTA office against deduction and recovery of increments from contractual teachers. While talking in front of Matli press club the protestors demanded withdrawal of order issued by Finance department and acceptance of other rights of primary teachers of the province. Meanwhile, the primary teachers of Tando Bago led by Fida Dars, Syed Qamber Ali Shah, Ali Akbar Chandio, Altaf Rustmani, Zulifiqar Ali Rind, Sikandar Ali Shah, Sikandar Bhurgri and others also held protest demonstration in front of Tando Bago press club against injustified recovery of increments from contractual teachers. They demanded acceptance of their rights.
