Protest held against genocide of Shia community

SHIKARPUR: Shia Ulema Council Shikarpur chapter held a protest camp at Sukkur-Shikarpur road to record their protest against the genocide of Shia community people.
Speaking on the occasion, leaders including Ali Ahmed Buriro, Syed Mansoor Shah, Syed Ameer Ali Shah, Muhabat Bablani, Syed Faiq shah, Fakir Muhabat Awan, Abdul Rasheed Jamro, and others said that history is witnessed that Shai community is a peaceful community it always has respect for law and order and institutions, but unfortunately in every era the genocide of Shai community is being carried out which is sheer injustice and condemnable act as well.
Besides, the Shia community has courage and brave, which could not bow down by carrying out suicide blasts and firing.
Leaders demanded the Chief of Army Staff, Prime Minister of Pakistan and other high ups to take notice of increasing incidents of murders of innocent people of Shai community and play their role to provide justice.
