Road accident claims five lives in Badin

BADIN: Five persons among two women died in a perilous accident occurred near Talhar town district Badin on Thursday.

According to details, Jan Mohammad Khati, Manager, Al Habib Bank, Matli branch was on the way to Matli amid to pay his duty on Thursday, saw two women and one man injured along the roadside in a bike accident and he picked them for medical assistance to Indus Hospital Badin headquarter while bringing injured on his car no: BST 365 to Badin city, a speedy truck no: JT 3882 collided with Car near Talhar 20 kilometers away from Badin headquarter.

 

The Car was on its way to Indus Hospital Badin from Talhar when a speedy truck collided with it at near Sarejo stop consequently it went off the road and fallen in the ditch and left five persons dead on the spot who identified as Jan Mohammad Khatti 32, Azhar Hussain Jatoi 34, Sahib Dino Mallah 25, Gudi w/o Sahib Dino 23 and Assi 55 mother of Gudi.

 

Badin police reached on the spot and shifted the dead bodies to the hospital where after the medico proceedings the dead bodies were handed over to the heirs when the police were investigating the origins of the accident.

Other hand Deputy Commissioner Badin, Agha Shahnawaz Khan has expressed his deep sorrow over the loss of precious lives in road accident near Talhar town. As soon as the accident was reported, DC Badin sought information from the officers of the concerned departments and ordered them to inquire into the cause of the accident. He also prayed for the deceased of the accident that may Allah Almighty grant them Jannah -tul- Firdous.
