Strongest girl in the world, lifts 80 kg

WASHINGTON: 7-year-old strong Rory Wayne, who weighed 80 kg, has set several records so far.

7-year-old Rory Wayne started weightlifting from her fifth birthday, after which her father trained her regularly in weightlifting to fulfill her passion. Rory has been able to lift so much weight at such a young age that it is usually difficult for a young person to lift in a gym.
Only a 4-foot-long Rory van can do 80kg of deadlifting at the age of 7, while a 7-year-old girl can do squats with 61kg, jerks with 42kg and snatch positions with 32kg.

Just last week, Rory Wayne was crowned champion in the 30kg category of the American 11- and 13-year-old weightlifters. Rory Wayne also has the distinction of being the youngest ‘Youth National Champion’ in US history and the best ‘pound for pound’ lifter in the under-11 category.
