BADIN: The large number of students of Sindh University Laar Campus Badin held protest demonstration in front of the gate of campus & also paid sit-in for long.
The protest led by Shahbaz Sindhi, Mir KB, Hussain Chandio, Sarwar Shah Naqwi, Raza Soomro, Imran Halepoto and others. While talking with media personnel representatives of students said increase in fees by the management of University was anti education and student practice which would not be tolerated. They said Universities were key components and has always played pivotal role for brighter and better future of the nation and country but such irrelevant initiative would discourage the students. The representatives said the University of Sindh was so prominent institution for students of Sindh province but those decisions were against poor students to deprive them from the right of higher education. They demanded withdrawal of decision to increase fees.
