Two children-drown in a pit filled with rainwater

BADIN: Two more children-girls drowned on Tuesday in a rainwater-filled pit in the fields while bathing in the rain-water at village Yar Muhammad Bhurgari near Nindo town around sixteen kilometers away from Badin headquarter on Tuesday.
According to local media ten-year-old, Sheezan daughter of Murtaza Khaskheki & eight-year-old Tabsum, resident of village Yar Muhammad Bhurgari near Nindo city have drowned while bathing in rainwater in the fields near their village when they fell into a pit filled with rainwater.
On knowing about the incident, the children’s families, relatives and a large number of people from nearby areas gathered there and tried to find them and rushed them to nearby Rural Health Center Nindo town where doctors handed over the children’s dead bodies to the inconsolable families of the deceased children after completing medical formalities in the local hospital.
When people of the area expressed their deep sense of sorrow and grief over the death of two-innocent children due to drowning in accumulated rainwater.
They expressed heartfelt sympathies and condolence with the inconsolable families of the deceased children of Badin.

It is pertinent to mention that a week earlier, two more children including Farhan son of Hashim Sheedi, 16 years old and Zeeshan son of Bachal Samoon, 16 years old were also drowned in the pit filled with rain accumulated contaminated water in the area of private housing Scheme near Chandia Nangar Badin.
