Dacoits are at large, committing crimes; DJ writes a letter to SSP Shikarpur

SHIKARPUR: Mushtaque Ahmed Kalwar, the District & Sessions Judge Shikarpur, wrote a letter addressed to SSP Shikarpur Kamran Nawaz Panjotha in which he expressed his dissatisfaction over the worsening condition of law and order in Shikarpur and also has written that dacoits and robbers are freely roaming, committing crimes and killing general public on resistance in the city while police have failed to maintain law and order, therefore, keep an eye over the performance of all station house officers.
The District & Sessions Judge has also written in his letter that you [SSP Shikarpur] should take a keen interest and keep an eye on the performance of your concerned officers and officials so that they could play their role in maintaining the situation of law and order in Shikarpur, read out handout issued by the information department Shikarpur.
