THATTAThe Thatta Deputy Commissioner Usman Tanveer issued the directions to seal Government Boys Higher Secondary School MirpurSakro after over a dozen students were found to have contracted the virulent disease here on Tuesday.
According to the reports issued by the district health department 13 students of the higher secondary school were found contagious and have been isolated at their homes and parents of the contagious students will also be tested. The school shall remain sealed for five days.
Mirpur Sakro is among the most affected areas of the district by COVID-19 while positive cases were also reported from the schools of Thatta city and Gharo after the reopening of educational Institutes.
