An Elderly woman robbed of golden earrings in Shikarpur

SHIKARPUR: A few unidentified motorcyclist riders snatched golden earrings from an elderly woman named Mst Hazooran, resident of village Darvesh Kakepoto, by forcibly pulling from her ears, when she was going back to her village after visiting her son’s house at Tharopur Mohalla, in the limits of Stuart Ganj Police station.
Motorcycle riders after snatching/pulling golden earrings from their ears managed to escape leaving behind a villager woman crying in street.
Ms. Hazooran and her sons recorded protest at Shikarpur Press Club and demanded the early arrest of thieves and her golden earrings without further ado.
When news emerged of pulling/snatching golden earrings from the ears of an elderly woman the city notables of Shikarpur shocked and expressed their reservations and demanded the police chief Shikarpur to take notice of the increasing crime mainly snatching golden earrings of an elderly woman.
However, till the filing of this news story, neither police have found any clue nor the police have started their investigation into the matter.
